Method

• Text layer (50 %): every page of the PDF carries machine-readable text, not just an image.
• Original pipeline (30 %): the file comes from a layout or office tool, not a re-print or web converter that strips structure and the authoring trail.
• Metadata intact (20 %): a creation date exists and the file was not modified more than a day after it was created.
• A score is published only from three documents up. Files are attributed by name against the registry; a file that cannot be attributed is left out, never guessed.

1. Each issuer receives its provisional result, document by document, with SHA-256 fingerprints.
2. Replies accepted until 16 نونبر 2026: a misattributed document, an original version, an explanation published with the score.
3. النشر في موعد لا يسبق 20 نونبر 2026، ولا يشمل إلا جهة مُصدِرة سُلِّم إليها الإشعار وانقضت مهلة ردّها وتقرّر نشر نتيجتها بعد المراجعة. ويُعلَّق نشر النتيجة المعنية ما دام ردٌّ قيد الدراسة إلى حين صدور قرار معلَّل.
