Disclosure quality of regulatory filings
A regulatory filing only serves investors if it can be read, searched, translated and verified. This index measures, for every listed issuer, whether the documents the AMMC publishes allow that. It judges neither the accuracy nor the sincerity of the information.

- Documents with a full text layer
- 82 %
- Image-only documents
- 12 %
Method
- Text layer (50 %): every page of the PDF carries machine-readable text, not just an image.
- Original pipeline (30 %): the file comes from a layout or office tool, not a re-print or web converter that strips structure and the authoring trail.
- Metadata intact (20 %): a creation date exists and the file was not modified more than a day after it was created.
- A score is published only from three documents up. Files are attributed by name against the registry; a file that cannot be attributed is left out, never guessed.
Timeline and right of reply
- Each issuer receives its provisional result, document by document, with SHA-256 fingerprints.
- Replies accepted until 16 Nov 2026: a misattributed document, an original version, an explanation published with the score.
- Publication no earlier than 20 Nov 2026, and only for an issuer whose notice was delivered, whose reply window has ended and whose release was decided after review. A reply under review holds that score until a reasoned decision.
Scores by issuer
Issuer scores will appear here from 20 Nov 2026, once the reply period has closed. The database itself does not allow them to be read before that date.
