Evidence and verification infrastructure for North African markets

Evidence infrastructure for markets where data cannot be taken for granted

Traceable numbers. Reproducible checks. We read the official PDFs, reconcile them to their own printed totals and keep, for every row, the address and SHA-256 fingerprint of the source document. A fingerprint proves which document a row came from, not that every extracted value is correct: our checks and their known limits are published on the data-status page.

Mission

To make evidence accessible in markets where data quality is contested: every published figure should be traceable to the official document it came from, and every check repeatable by anyone. We also publish what our checks do not yet cover.

Vision

Transparency as public infrastructure, and a demonstration that rigorous data and AI governance can work where information is hardest to establish: image-only documents, late filings, undeclared corrections.

The problem we take off our partners’ desks

On the Casablanca Stock Exchange, as on many emerging markets, official information exists but arrives as PDFs, sometimes with no text layer, no history and no record of changes. An analysis team spends weeks on it; a reading error becomes a decision error. We do that work once, verifiably, for everyone.

How we work

  1. CollectThe official document is archived as served, addressed by its SHA-256, with its publication headers.
  2. VerifyAutomated checks reconcile every table to its own totals. A reconciled total does not validate every value; the independent audit of 29 October 2026 found that admission does not yet enforce every published check, and the fix is in progress.
  3. ReceiptEvery row keeps the address and fingerprint of the PDF it came from; evidence tables refuse updates and deletes from clients and from the application.
  4. ComputeLiquidity, sector rotation, technical statistics and links with global markets, each with its sample size and margin of error.
  5. PublishPublic pages, APIs and reports; disputes and corrections are public too.

The evidence, right now

These figures are read from our own tables as this page is built, not typed by hand. Each one links to the page that documents it, with its limits.

Our evidence standard

What we offer

Each offering is described by what is delivered and how it is governed.

Verified data API

Delivered
Prices, volumes, indices, technical statistics, sector rotation, macro links and the shareholding register, as JSON and CSV.
Governed by
A receipt envelope in every response (source fingerprints, method versions, feed state).

Custom governed databases

Delivered
Your universe, your variables, your history: built from primary sources and delivered into your environment.
Governed by
The same collection and checks as our public data; an exception register and a load log.

Data reports and briefings

Delivered
Market-structure notes, issuer tear-sheets, sector notes and regulatory digests.
Governed by
Every number in the prose is compared automatically with a receipted fact sheet. Before any publication, a human review bound to the exact text will be required; this control is being built.

Research partnerships

Delivered
Reproducible datasets for universities: market microstructure, information quality, issuer governance.
Governed by
Frozen versions, published fingerprints and a documented method so every result can be replicated. A qualified research dataset (rights, history, dataset card) is in preparation and not yet released.

Newsroom access

Delivered
The full shareholding register, histories and exports for journalists.
Governed by
Free with verified credentials. Statistical screens are never allegations; issuers have a right of reply.

Oversight and NGO programmes

Delivered
Transparency indicators: publication delays, machine-readability of filings, declared and undeclared corrections.

Accessibility packs for foreign investors and index providers

Delivered
Liquidity by segment, off-book share of trading, shareholding concentration, currency conversion of indices.
Governed by
Receipted measures and open-licence series only, each with its method and limitations.

What we do not do

How to start

  1. You describe your organisation and your need (five minutes).
  2. We verify the organisation, as for any verified access.
  3. We scope it together: universe, variables, frequency, delivery format.
  4. A usage agreement sets the rights; delivery starts with its receipts.
