Who publishes the headlines we show, what can be proven about each outlet, and how closely its market figures agree with the official bulletin. We score sources, never articles, and we publish no “bias” or “propaganda” score.

What the evidence covers
49 outlets in the register. Affiliation backed by a cited page and its hash: 11. Affiliation unknown: 30; not assessed (Moroccan outlets): 6; stated without a hashed page: 2. Of 38 pages retrieved, 25 contain the expected phrase; 12 were not served (refused, missing or failed).
A hashed page and a matched phrase show what a page said on a date; they are not an independent validation of the label. A page that refuses access is not fetched around. The register holds no bias or orientation score.
Why there is no bias or propaganda score
- Such a score is not reproducible: two honest raters reach different numbers, and the number ends up judging people.
- Instead we publish checkable facts (status, owner, corrections policy, editorial standards), each with the page that states it and its SHA-256, and measurements (figure accuracy, publication lag) that anyone can recompute.
- A fact we could not verify on a primary page shows as UNKNOWN, never inferred from reputation or copied from a third-party rating. Moroccan outlets are assessed on measured dimensions only.
What is measured
- Figure accuracy: every MASI, MASI 20 or listed-instrument move stated in a headline is compared with the official bulletin of the session it refers to. A figure agrees when it is the bulletin value rounded or truncated to the precision printed.
- Lag after the close: minutes between the session close and the headline.
- Each measurement shows n, the window and a 95 % interval; below 20 checkable figures, “insufficient sample”.
- A difference becomes public only after 14 days, so the outlet can reply first; the database enforces it.
