Evidence, disputes and public notes
Any person, company or institution can bring evidence, dispute a SYZNN finding or write a public note. Proof is mandatory: a document available online whose SHA-256 matches the one you declare. Nothing is published before review.
How to submit
- Choose the finding concerned (a register row, a price, a publication, an indicator).
- Select your document: its fingerprint is computed in your browser; the file is not uploaded.
- Give a public https address where the same document can be downloaded. The service downloads it and refuses the submission if the fingerprint differs.
- The governance desk reviews the submission. If it concerns a named issuer, the issuer has a ten-day right of reply before publication.
Evidence tiers and reliability ceilings
- Official source (AMMC, exchange, Bank Al-Maghrib, Official Bulletin), fingerprint verified — ceiling 95 %
- Primary document from another source (issuer release, court decision), fingerprint verified — ceiling 80 %
- Press or analysis based on primary documents — ceiling 60 %
- Testimony or statement — ceiling 35 %
Votes can never lift a note above the ceiling of its evidence.
Source safety
An account is optional; a pseudonym is enough and is never published. SYZNN records no IP address; our hosts keep short-lived technical logs, so use a public network or Tor if that exposes you. Before publishing a document, strip its metadata (author, software, dates): re-print it to PDF from a machine that is not yours. Never send a document that could identify you.
Lifecycle
